Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the niceph22 platform. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or overlapping Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated Balance or Bonus Funds.
When registering for a niceph22 Account, You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, at minimum:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. niceph22 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to Your Account resulting from Your failure to maintain reasonable security practices. niceph22 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account without prior notice where niceph22 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that registration or continued use would be in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
All financial transactions on the niceph22 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). niceph22 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment channels are currently supported:

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. niceph22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
niceph22 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, delay processing, or suspend withdrawal access pending completion of KYC requirements or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Deposits credited to a Player's Account in error are not the property of the Player and must be returned upon request.

All games offered on the niceph22 platform operate on certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG without any manipulation by niceph22 or its game providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. niceph22 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's unfamiliarity with game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the outcome of that session will be determined by the server-side game record. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niceph22 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
niceph22 employs transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and identity verification systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above may have their accounts blocked and outstanding balances withheld pending investigation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
niceph22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:
Players may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting niceph22 support through the live chat function. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's linked payment channel within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, niceph22 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals where the closure is attributable to Player misconduct.

The niceph22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. niceph22 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, feature, or content on the platform.
niceph22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on niceph22, You consent to the collection and use of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
niceph22 implements technical and organizational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and niceph22 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
niceph22 will not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, to process financial transactions through payment service providers, or as described in the Privacy Policy. niceph22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revision. Your continued use of the niceph22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the amended Terms, You must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.
niceph22 will not retroactively apply amended Terms to disputes or transactions that arose prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the niceph22 platform, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through niceph22's Player Support channels. niceph22 commits to acknowledging formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents niceph22 from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraud.
